haha. at first wanted to study. bt my sis was telling me stories. so interesting. den wanted to watch dramas. bt now feel like bloggin first. hehe. had fun today! went to find fann at her uncle's shop after lessons! n crapped w her n hanged ard for bout 1h plus. den came home! bathed early!:D haha. coz jus nw spilled bubble tea on my shirt! nt i lousy k! is e cover went loose! hehe.

bt anw.. ancestor jus asked me. told her tt i tink i'm finding back this little interest. or rather discovering, coz i've nt really liked the social work exposure module.. coz we learnt pretty general stuff. n nothing concrete. such tt wen ppl asked me wat do we learn in social work. i told them.. GK. bt well. coz it's exposure. u can't go too deep into it. n too used to e singapore education whereby we mus learn sth n memorise concrete stuff.. den is called learning.. feels more norm!:P hehe.

yep. so i was pretty apprehensive whether will i enjoy e course of studyin anot. was pretty certain i will wan to go into social work this field. tho i also think tt wat i like is jus helping ppl. n working w children. izzit really social work this profession? i can't b sure too. n actually i dun tink i'll hate working in offices. do brainless stuff. n i dun need a lot of money(if i stay single).. jus tt i dun like e politics.. haha. bt up till nw. i dun suppose i will hate social work! haha. n i noe i always haf alternatives. like being a teacher.. or jus working in child care/kindergartens n stuff! hahah.

n finding more areas tt i can go into.. children.. mentally disabled.. n today thot of an area i can go into.. yep! mentally-ill patients!(: haha. yep! e show influenced me pretty much! hehe.

yep. bt wat i really want to say is tt. today in e lesson. i finally moved away frm e general knowledge category. we learnt stuff tt would b useful wen we go into e profession. like contracting w new clients.. n e diff phases n stuff. last wk was e first wk of sch. bt this wk finally moving into more concrete stuff!:D hehe.. so pretty happy! n i feel more excited bout doing my placement(ie attachment) and also going into e profession! hehe! n i've to do 2 placements. one this june hols e other nxt jun's hols! haha. so can't go party/slack everyday! bt i promise to meet up w OC regularly!:D hehe. n norine tan n karen yong! u guys better dun work(if u guys are working/doing attachments) till u dun appear! unless i do it too!:P hehehehe.

yep. tt day karen was warning me.. coz i told her bout my skype status. haha. den she told me to beware of u guys using it against me wen u guys dun appear/appear late for our meetings! hahaha. so i better be careful of u fellows! hahaha.

yep. bt wat really spurred me to come here n blog is this. hahaha. my title!

"congruent"

i learnt this term in social work.. e context it is being used is like saying wen we act.. we mus b congruent. as in wen we interact w our clients. we've to b congruent in our thinking n behaviour. if we really dislike wat our clients are doing, we've to say it out in a respectful manner. n my lecturer was sharing today.. tt we shldn't avoid..

yep so being congruent! haha.

jus nw was replyin a fb tag. n was trying to b congruent in my reply n my thots. bt jus decided tt sometimes. we've to b flexible. this is jus a joke. a lame comment. n it's exaggeration if i were to insist on being congruent. hehe. yep. so i didn't really express my emotions.. bt well. my bottom line at least is nt to lie. n i've always tried not to even b4 learning it in social work! hehe. yep. i jus like to tell half-truths!:P hahaha. bt wat social work really taught me is how to face e negative emotions tt u might haf. n nt jus to put it aside n be conflict-avoidant!

haha. dun worry la guys! i wun like confront u guys or anything all e time or regularly! hahaha. unless i find tt it adds value if i practise it out! hahaha. bt yep! liking the things tt i'm learning in social work now!:D hehe.

yep yep! shall go for my show now! woohoo!:D hehe.
